Burn 4K footage to Blu-ray
I’m trying to burn 4K footage to BD in Vegas Pro 12 but get a lot of aliasing. I’m aware BD doesn’t support 4K but figured downconverting would give good results. I drop the footage into a 1080P timeline, and burn direct to disk but find the aliasing to be excessive. I get similar results when trying to burn HD material to DVD. Seems to be the downconversion. I should also note that the footage was shot 4K at 60P, but rendered out as 1080P at 59.94.
