AVS Audio Recorder has the feature and will help you perform these tasks quickly and easily. Just follow the directions:
Step 1 : Download & install AVS Audio Recorder
Click to Download AVS Audio Recorder , Run AVSAudioRecorder.exe and follow the installation wizard instructions to install the program.
Step 2 : Set the input device
Start AVS Audio Recorder using the shortcut on the desktop or the voice program menu from Start . Open the list device and select Stereo Mix , press the Test to make sure the function works correctly:
Note 1 : depending on the sound card driver device list can contain all the sound cards installed if the control input is a list of all available inputs for the audio card choice, Stereo Mix included.
Note 2 : If the Stereo Mix is not listed (precise if you use Windows Vista) and you are sure that your sound card supports the Sound Mix, then follow the instructions:
- Please refer to the menu Start and open the Control Panel .
- Click on the link to Classic View located on the left of the window.
- Click on Audio .
- Open the card registration in the open window.
- Right click inside the recording and check the Show Disabled Devices .
- The stereo mix is displayed, activate it by clicking the right mouse button on its icon and checking the corresponding option.
- Click on OK .
Step 3: Set output audio format
Select the audio format to save the recorded sound, specifies the sampling rate (sample rate) and Bitrate for the resulting file:
Step 4 : Select the output folder
Click Browse button to specify the directory in which to store the recorded file:
Step 5 : Start recording sound to your computer
Click on the Start Recording to begin recording the sound you want (eg. load a stream reader). To cancel the process of recording press the Stop Recording :
Step 6 : Check the recorded audio
